Good afternoon everyone.
I hope you are all well.
Today I have another card to share.....
I seem to be managing to have a little me time at the moment....not sure how with all these very late and very long shifts at work but I think I'm slowly getting my enthusiasm back for crafting.....it seems as though Mr Mojo has had a very long holiday this year.....
The papers are from my scraps stash which I'm whittling down nicely....The image is a pre~coloured topper from Kenny K called Sweet Melissa from The Hobby House. I've added pearls and a ribbon also from The Hobby House. I then used my favourite decorative nestie die to mount the image and distressed the edges adding some Stickles and finished off by adding some Liquid Pearl dots and a computer generated sentiment.
I have spent lots of time de~cluttering at home lately and have booked a table at a local table top sale in a few weeks so I'm hoping to make a few pennies to spend on more craft stash.....
I have found it very liberating tidying out cupboards, drawers, sheds and lofts and it's amazing the things that you find.....
Thank you for taking the time to stop by.
I really do appreciate your visits and lovely, encouraging comments.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
Good morning everyone.
I hope you are all well.
Today I have card to share....my niece is going to a wedding next weekend and she asked me to make a card. I had no instructions other than 'wedding'....
So this is what I came up with....
I thought I would stick to a 'something blue' theme and a little bit vintage.....the blues are actually softer in reality but the sun....'no I'm not complaining' has been making it somewhat difficult when taking photos.....anyway this is the result of my somewhat rusty card making skills.
I have made a card similar to this one in the past and it went down very well so I thought I would do it again....just changing the card size, ribbon and pearl colours.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by.
I really do appreciate your visits and lovely, encouraging comments.
Enjoy your day.
Good afternoon everyone.
I hope you are all well.
The heavens have opened here and its thundering and lightening and I'm loving it....I love watching the storms especially as it was so warm and muggy this morning.
Today it it my daughter's 19th birthday....I don't know where all those years have gone.
Happy Birthday Brogan.
We Love You All The Way To The Moon And Back....
I used to read 'How Much Do I Love You' to her all the time when she was small and it was our favourite story and this is the phrase we now use to each other to finish cards, notes, texts etc....
This is a photo of her taken at a wedding in the Spring.
And this is the card I made for her which I have already blogged on here previously.
She is away in London this weekend at a show....and of course knowing her 'Shopping'.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by.

Good afternoon everyone.
I hope you are all well.
Today I would like to share a wooden tissue box cover that I decorated as part of a set.
The papers are from Lili Of The Valley and all the other items used including the wooden tissue box cover came from The Hobby House.
This was a relatively easy but non the less enjoyable project although I had to keep making sure that I was sticking things the correct way up so that the tissue box hole remained at the top of the box so you could get to the tissues when needed........can you tell I nearly stuck something the wrong way up!
Thank you for taking the time to stop by.
I really do appreciate your visits and lovely, encouraging comments.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
Hello everyone.
I hope you are all well.
I just want to say a huge 'Thank You' to the lovely lady's who left messages for me about the loss of my friend....I am truly touched and comforted by your kind and thoughtful words.....you are all wonderful.
I still don't have much enthusiasm for crafting but I do have a few things to share that I made a while ago.
Here is a door hanger that I made to go along with my cards that were published in July's copy of Papercraft Essentials magazine.
I actually left the door hanger as it was....I didn't feel that it needed any papers as I planned some fussy decorations and I quite like how it eventually turned out.
All the items I used on this project are from The Hobby House.
I would like to enter my door hanger into the following challenges:~
Crafting From The Heart ~ # 29 ~ Anything Goes
Craft Your Passion ~ # 224 ~ Flower Power
Suzy Bee's Bloomin' Challenge ~ # 39 ~ Anything Goes
Crafty Catz ~ # 241 ~ Anything Goes
Thank you for taking the time to stop by.

Have a lovely day.
Good morning everyone.
I hope you are all well.
I'm sorry for my continued absence of late but so many things are happening at the moment and I seem to have less and less time to craft.
The truth is my heart has not been in it for a while....one of my closest and dearest friends who had been very ill has passed away and I just can't settle to crafting.....I know she would be saying 'come on, pull your finger out and get cracking' and I know I will but not just yet.
So here is another card.....although it seems an age since I made it.....that was published in last month's Papercraft Essentials magazine.
I know Libby would have been very proud of me.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by.

Good morning everyone.
I hope you are all well.
It's been so long since I posted anything that I thought I'd forgotten what to do!
Things have been so busy that I just haven't had time to do any crafting or wanted to do anything to be honest and I can't see things changing any time in the immediate future so please bear with me for the time being.....I promise once things settle down again I'll be back annoying you on your blogs.
One thing I have done though is this.....
I've had some cards published in Papercraft Essentials this month and I was thrilled to bits when it was published.
And here is one of my cards
All the items used for this card are from The Hobby House except the papers which are from Lili Of The Valley. I will post the other three cards over the next week or so.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by.
I really do appreciate your visits and lovely, encouraging comments.
