Sweet Dreams

Good evening everyone.
I can't believe how quickly this week has flown by....nearly Friday!!!
My mum asked me to make a birthday card for her Aunt....who is also known affectionately to family members as 'Nanna Choc'....she has been given this nickname because whenever anyone visits, no-one ever leaves without a handful of chocolatey goodies.
This is the card I made....

I have tried to keep the design fairly simple as I thought the papers were busy enough.
The image is a Penny Black stamp called Sweet Slumber and coloured using Promarkers. The papers are from BasicGrey ~ Bittersweet. I love these papers and have managed to work my way through two of these paper pads. The border punch is another of my favourites from Martha Stewart. I've finished off using a computer generated sentiment, pearls from The Hobby House, some Glossy Accents to the chocolates and a little Stickles to the tag.

It's A Dog's Life....

Evening everyone.
No card from me this evening but I just wanted to share this photo of one of my furry boys.
This is 'Daz' who came to live with us just after Christmas.

He's had a hard day at the 'Office'.....The park I mean....chasing around stealing other dog's toys and football's from the lads on the pitch and 'Oh yes....tennis balls from people playing tennis at one of our local tennis courts.....Such a lovable rogue.
Naughty.....but 'Oh so cute'.....!!!!!

Natural Beauty

Good evening everyone.
I hope you are all well. 
Well I've just been out pottering in the garden for a while and I have to say it's lovely out there.....the weather not the garden, alot of work to do out there me thinks.....but the sun is shining and its lovely and warm.
Today I have another card to share.

I think this is a Whiff of Joy image.....I can't quite remember as I've had it so long I've lost the packet it was stored in......The papers are g.c.d studios ~ Ella Blue and I've coloured using Promarkers. The sentiment is from LOTV and I've finished off using a little gingham bow and pearls from The Hobby House.

I was asked to make this card for a young lady who works with my daughter and Mother-in-Law.

Citrus Dream

Good afternoon everyone.
I hope you are all well and enjoying your Bank Holiday.
Today I finally have a card to share after a lot of  messing about. I'm afraid my Mojo has taken a break again recently.....but I was inspired by this photo over at Cupcake Inspirations.

And here is my card

I'm quite pleased with this card as these are not my usual choice of colours but they are growing on me.
The image is from KennyK called All That. The papers are from one of my favourite paper pads BasicGey ~ Picadilly.....love these papers. I have coloured using Promarkers. I have used various Marianne Creatables die~cuts and a Martha Stewart border punch. The pearls are from The Hobby House.

I was inspired by the colours of silver and purple and the baubles.
This rather cheeky little elf is a slapstick stamp from Penny Black called Little Elf  Mim. I have coloured using Promarkers and the papers are from my stash. I used some glittery lilac card for the mounts and added some pearls and lots of Stickles for sparkle.

Here is my DT card

The image is a stamp from Little Claire's Designs ~ Cold,Crisp Kisses coloured with promarkers.  I have used various different embossing folders to create the background and a Nestie for the image mount. The sentiment is from LOTV and the pearls are from The Hobby House. I have used some chalks to the edges of the punched flowers.
