I must admit I was a bit stumped at first but this is what I eventually came up with. The image is of course Tilda from Magnolia. I coloured her with Promarkers and all the papers are off cuts from my scraps box. I love ATC's as they are a way of using up those little left over bits and pieces. I then cut some wave shapes using an old Sizzix die and bits of blue paper and Stickled the edges, finishing off with some gems.
I'm really looking forward to my swaps arriving....its always interesting to see how other crafters have interpreted the theme.

Debbie this is darn cute... I just love how you colored Tilda she looks amazing in the water and that purple swimming cap really makes her pop out on the card with all those blues in the bg.....Awesome....
