Sweet Blossom

Good evening everyone.

I hope you are all well and that you have had a lovely day.

Today I would like to share a card and a decorated peg that I made for my niece's birthday.

The Card.

The Decorated Peg.

The papers are from my stash and the image is a Wee stamp by Sylvia Zet called Sweet Blossom. I have coloured the image using my Distress Ink Markers and the ribbon, adhesive gems and the rhinestone sparkler are from The Hobby House. The roses/flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and The Hobby House and the stick pins are also from my stash.

Thank you so much for taking the time to pop by.

I really do appreciate your visits and lovely comments.

Spring Is In The Air...

Good morning everyone.

I hope you are all well.

It's time for a new challenge over at

A Gem Of A Challenge

And as it is my turn to host the challenge I get to choose our theme this time....

which is

Spring Is In The Air

Sadly this is to be my last challenge as a DT member for PINK GEM as I have decided to step down due to other commitments but I hope to stay in touch with all my fabulously talented team mates and continue to follow them in Blogland.

And Janet...'Thank you' so much for allowing me to be on your DT and being able to use your gorgeous designs to play with.

Anyway here is my last DT card.

The prize as always is

2 Individual Digi images
(NO SETS, PERSONALISED WATERMARK'S OR SENTIMENT SETS)
of the winners choice from Pink Gem Designs.

For my card I used this super cute pre~coloured digi from Pink Gem Designs called Bunny Chloe. The papers are my all time favourites from Craft Creations Ltd. I used one of my lovely new Nestie dies and some die cut grass.....the tiny daisies are a punch and I added some tiny yellow pearls to their centres to finish off.

Don't for get to pop over to the main challenge blog and take a peek at the beautiful Spring creations from the rest of the DT.

Thank you so much for taking the time to pop by.

I really do appreciate your visits and lovely comments.

March Art Journal....

Hello everyone.

I hope you are all well.

I know....I know....the theme continues of me running late but here are my March 2014 Art Journal Pages.....finished at last!!!

This time I decided to go for lavender, gold and silver as my colour scheme and I desperately wanted to use my new hare stamps from Crafty Individuals. I love these images and I adore hares so this was just right for my March pages. I added a glitzy moon and positioned the hares to be gazing up at the moon.

I have to say I have nearly finished my April pages so I will be able to get these posted in a more timely fashion......I hope.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by.

I really do appreciate your visits and lovely, encouraging comments.

Have a lovely day.

You've Passed!

Good afternoon everyone.

I hope you are all well.

I'm afraid I'm late again today with my creation. I should have posted this little card yesterday but I forgot to schedule it as I was away in Manchester and have just arrived home. We went to the Lowry to see Matthew Bourne's ~ Lord Of The Flies. It was fabulous and we had a lovely family weekend.

Anyway I'm here to remind you about this month's challenge over at

The Hobby House

Our theme this month is

ANYTHING GOES
(Using one of the new toppers)

And here is my creation

I used this fabulous topper from Kenny K ~ All Rounders. I thought it was a perfect image for a boy/young man for passing a driving test. The papers are from my stash......I'm not sure what make they are but they worked really well with the colours of the topper. I added pearls and some cogs and wheels from The Hobby House to complete this card and I'm quite pleased with how it turned out as I don't do boy's cards well as a rule. The sentiment is computer generated.

Don't forget to pop over to the main challenge blog and take a peek at the gorgeous creations the rest of the DT have made for your inspiration.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by.

I really do appreciate your visits and lovely, encouraging comments.

Have a lovely day.

Don't forget to pop over to the main challenge blog to take a peek at the lovely creations the rest of the DT have made for your inspiration.

Happy Mother's Day

Good afternoon everyone.

I hope you are all well and that all you fabulous mum's are having a wonderful day.

My beautiful daughter Brogan (yes I know I'm biased....I am her mother after all)

Bought me a gorgeous bouquet of flowers.....two boxes of chocolates (I know) she knows one wouldn't last me too long.....the full Dracula (10 episode) dvd box set and a POP! figurine of the Khal Drogo character from Game Of Thrones.....

Yes my daughter knows me so well......

I am going to save the DVD Dracula series for when we go to Whitby......the perfect place to watch this given the caravan sits in the shadows of Whitby Abbey.

Today I would like to share the card and yet another peg note holder that I made for my mum.

The image on the card is a Pion image I think.....I've had these for so long I never thought I would get round to using them.....but with all the lace, pearls and pearls strings that were strewn across my desk and lots of inspiration from lots of gorgeous blogs I came up with this card.

I have to say a huge 'Thank you' to the fabulously talented 'Nic' for her amazing inspirational creations over on her blog. Such a talented lady.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by.

I really do appreciate your visits and lovely, encouraging comments.

Have a lovely day.
