Knitting Dishcloths....

Good afternoon everyone.
I hope you are all well.

Goodness....what a blustery week that was!.....

So here is my weekly check in....

This week has seen me having yet another cold......but thankfully things are beginning to improve now....it has meant the weight loss plan has taken a back seat....but I haven't gained or lost any weight so that's not too bad......

And the crafting has been slow.....

I did manage to knit and finish another hat.....which I'm quite thrilled about.

This matches a scarf I picked up in the sale a few weeks ago....

While feeling unwell this week I kept my knitting very simple and resorted to knitting a dishcloth but I think as the colour matches my bathroom rather well I'm going to use it as a flannel....

I bought this lovely book last year from The Whitby Book Shop.....on one of our very many trips to my 'Happy Place'.....Whitby/Sandsend.

I have already started another cloth in a different colour as I seemed to enjoy the relaxing, repetitive pattern while not having to think too much.....

No books read this week as I really couldn't be bothered with reading to be honest.....which is not like me....! So the 10 books read in my 26 in 2019 Goodreads Challenge stands still.....maybe I'll pick a book up next week.....

I did buy more sock yarn though.....

But don't tell anyone.....

Isn't this yarn gorgeous.....

Finally I decided to start another Little Sheep Virtue cross stitch but there isn't anything to share as of yet but it's all ready to go....

So that's it for this week......

I will check in next Sunday....

Until then have a lovely week.

Keep safe....

Thank you for taking the time to stop by.

I really do appreciate your visits and lovely, encouraging comments.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

I'm glad your cold is improving. The yarn is so pretty and what a great job on the dishcloth. Whitby was one of my favourite places in the UK and I definitely want to go back (but not in summer when it was just so busy). Have a great week.

I hope you're feeling much better now. The hat's lovely, I keep seeing lots of gorgeous pompoms about but haven't made any hats with pompoms attached myself, I think I need to rectify that. I shall have to look out for that dishcloth book, I tend to use the same pattern over and over again for my dishcloths, I could do with a change. Oh I love Whitby and Sandsend too. All the little shops to wander round in Whitby, always so interesting, and then all the wide open space on the beach in Sandsend for Archie to have a good run. I do love your new yarn, I think Hedgerow Yarns have some beautiful colourways.

Hello! I'm glad I missed the blustery weather and hope you have got the better of your cold now. What a lovely dishcloth, far too good for dishes, I agree will make a lovely facecloth!
Great to catch up here again.
