The Harbour Master

Good afternoon everyone.

I hope you are all well and this awful rain isn't causing you too much trouble.

It's my day off  today and it's raining.....AGAIN!!!!! so after doing all my jobs and running errands I holed myself up in my little craft den and attacked my list of DT cards that I had to do, listening to the Bee Gees (Polly....that's your fault).....and I even had time to read a few chapters of 'That' book too (well I wanted to know what all the fuss was about).

Anyway I also have a card to share too.....

This image is one of five that I picked up....(I just had to have them you see). This one is called The Harbour Master by Michael Powell. For years I've gone to stitching shows and admired his designs in needlework but now I can stamp these images out to my hearts content.

I have coloured using Promarkers and the papers are Best Of British from Docrafts. The pearls and the helm charm are from The Hobby House. The trim at the bottom of the card is from Bo Bunny, I've had it for years.....it was part of a scrapbooking kit that I never used.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:~

Cards For Men ~ # 14 ~ Happy Birthday
Scrappy Frogs ~ Red, White & Blue
Divas By Design ~ # 42 ~ Red,White & Blue
Allsorts Challenge ~ # 162 ~ Red, White & Blue

Thank you for stopping by.

Have a lovely evening.

I will try and get round to commenting soon....I've been having a few problems with my laptop but hopefully things are back to normal now.
